2. Booking Appointments
Appointments must be booked in advance unless otherwise stated. When scheduling, clients are responsible for selecting the correct service and providing accurate contact information to ensure proper appointment confirmation and communication.
3. Deposits and Appointment Confirmation
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure an appointment. Deposits are applied toward the total balance of the scheduled service. Appointments are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.
If a deposit is not submitted within the required timeframe, Sincerely Mo’s reserves the right to release the appointment slot.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We respectfully request at least 24 to 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the loss of the deposit.
Rescheduling is permitted at the discretion of Sincerely Mo’s and may be limited depending on timing, availability, and prior booking history.
5. Late Arrival Policy
Clients are expected to arrive on time for all appointments. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment, rescheduling, or cancellation depending on the schedule for the day.
If a client arrives significantly late, the appointment may be canceled and the deposit forfeited.
6. No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to appear for a scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit and may require full or partial prepayment before booking future appointments.
7. Payments
Full payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods may include cash, Cash App, card payments, or other approved digital payment options.
Prices for services and products are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
8. Product Purchases
Sincerely Mo’s offers retail beauty products for purchase, including wigs, lashes, wig accessories, and hair care items. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may be updated at any time.
We make every effort to display product details accurately; however, slight differences in color, texture, or appearance may occur depending on lighting, screen display, or product variation.
9. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Due to the nature of beauty services and hygiene-sensitive products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Sincerely Mo’s is not liable for issues resulting from neglect, misuse, improper maintenance, or services performed by another provider after the original appointment.
12. Refusal of Service
Sincerely Mo’s reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if a client displays inappropriate behavior, arrives in an unsafe condition, has an undisclosed issue that may affect the service, or creates an environment that is disrespectful, disruptive, or threatening.
